Terms

Terms for using Cloudfyre QuickTools and viewing partner offers.

Service scope

Cloudfyre QuickTools is a business decision and cost engine for generating job estimates, quotes, invoices, work reports, follow-up messages, agreement wording, and related workflow documents.

Estimate-only outputs

Quotes, cost calculations, pricing guidance, and deposit suggestions inside the platform are estimates only. Users must review all figures, wording, scope, and tax treatment before sending documents or relying on them commercially.

Template documents

Agreement, deposit, quote, invoice, report, and follow-up templates are provided for convenience only. Users are responsible for checking that each document suits their business, job, client, and legal requirements before use.

Not legal advice

Cloudfyre templates and generated wording do not constitute legal advice. Users should obtain their own legal advice where needed, especially for deposits, cancellations, disputes, warranties, liabilities, and consumer-facing terms.

Third-party offers

Cloudfyre may display third-party supplier, rental, finance, insurance, or service offers. Some links may be affiliate, sponsored, or partner links. Artkhaos Group LTD and Cloudfyre may receive commission or referral fees from those links or resulting actions.

No price guarantee

Cloudfyre does not guarantee the best price, savings, stock, availability, delivery timeline, fulfilment quality, warranty terms, or supplier suitability. Prices and availability may change without notice and must be verified before purchase.

Third-party responsibility

The relevant supplier or service provider is responsible for fulfilment, delivery, product or service quality, warranties, returns, and any third-party contract terms. Cloudfyre is not a party to the supplier contract unless clearly stated otherwise.

Partner approval

Partner participation does not mean endorsement beyond listing approval in the system. Cloudfyre does not claim official partnership with a brand unless that relationship is explicitly stated by Cloudfyre.

Disputes and suitability

Cloudfyre is not responsible for disputes between the user and the user’s client, and does not guarantee that any estimate, price, agreement template, deposit request, or workflow document is commercially or legally suitable for a particular job.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the information entered into the service, the documents generated from it, and any decisions made using those documents or third-party offers.
