How Cloudfyre QuickTools handles account, document, and partner tracking data.
Account and document data
Cloudfyre stores account details, saved documents, credit records, and related business inputs so the service can authenticate users and keep their history available.
Partner click tracking
When a user opens a partner offer, Cloudfyre may record the partner, offer, source location, session identifier, and hashed technical data needed for basic revenue analytics. Raw IP addresses and full user agent strings are not stored in the partner revenue engine.
Lead and request data
If a user later submits a lead or request to a selected partner, the submitted contact data will be shared only with that selected partner for the purpose of handling that enquiry.
Cookies and sessions
Cloudfyre uses essential cookies and session data to keep users signed in, protect access to the application, and support normal product flows.
Payments and card handling
Cloudfyre does not store raw bank card or bank account details inside QuickTools. Where payments apply, Stripe handles payment processing for the product.
Data sharing
Cloudfyre is not a personal data broker and does not sell personal data as a data brokerage business. Operational service providers may process limited data where needed to deliver the service safely.
Retention and security
Reasonable technical and organisational steps are used to protect access to stored account, document, and partner analytics data.
